$40.00Instructor: Jake Belmont
Prerequisite: None
Duration: 1 Day Workshop
Class Time: 1 Hour
Location: NHSPCA Learning Center-Training Room, Stratham NH
Workshop Description: Have you heard of the little magic tool, a clicker? Wonder how to use it right? Maybe you’ve done some clicker training but you’re not really sure how to make the most of it. In this workshop we’ll teach each dog what a clicker means, and we’ll teach their humans how to use it! Using different training techniques we’ll coach our dogs to participate in fun games and activities. Dogs will learn to play the 101 things to do with a box game, how to ride a skateboard and maybe even some freestyle dancing!
Vaccinations: Please email your dog’s vaccination records to vaccines@nhspca.org before the workshop. All pets must be current on core vaccinations. Vaccines for canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies are considered core vaccines. Please speak with your veterinarian about the appropriateness of non-core vaccines. These include vaccines against Bordetella and Lepto.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 service fee for registration cancellation, if you cancel more than 7 days from the start of class. If you must cancel less than one week prior to the start of the program, all fees are non-refundable and will result in a donation of the total fee to the NHSPCA. If the NHSPCA must cancel a program, then we will issue a full refund. Note: Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
Weather cancellations are listed at 603-772-2921 Ext. 112. If we are experiencing inclement weather please call this number and listen to the recording for the most up to date cancellation information.
